Your Account Codes
Whenever you call MoneyLineunless you're just calling
to change your passwordyou'll be
asked at some point to enter the type of account
you're calling about. Every type of account
we have has been assigned a code that you can
enter at that point, a code that, on your statement,
begins with a letter: S for savings
and checking accouts, I for certificate
(investment) accounts and L for
loan accounts. In the codes listed in the right-hand
column below, however, S is used
for 7, I for 4
and L for 5, since those
are the corresponding numbers on a telephone
keypad. We've included the codes for some
of the most common types of accounts. For a
type of account not shown here, check your statement.

If you have more than one of any type of loan (new vehicle, signature,
etc.), the second loan is the same L number plus .1
or .2, etc. A second new vehicle loan would be L1.1;
a second signature loan would be L16.1. Use the zero to represent
the period. In these examples, the audio response code would be
5101 for a second new vehicle loan and 51601 for a second signature
loan.
