Dividends are paid using the daily balance method. Dividends compound monthly and are posted to your account on the first day of the month. You will receive a statement showing balance, deposits and withdrawals and the most recent dividend amount earned. All deposits (both cash and non-cash) to all Money One Federal Credit Union accounts begin to earn dividends on the day of deposit.
To open your child’s account, print the membership application and mail it to the Credit Union along with a deposit of at least $5 (be sure to include a copy of your child’s birth certificate or social security card with the application).
