We have a loan for you that the Pay Day lenders and finance companies don't want us to tell you about. It's called the Fresh Start Loan. The Fresh Start Loan allows you to borrow $500 without a credit check and take up to 12 months to repay. All existing and new members are eligible. The program is designed to allow any member with less than perfect credit to borrow money at affordable rates and at the same time giving them the opportunity to improve their credit score. Here are the terms and conditions for the Fresh Start Loan:

• Must be a member for at least 3 months.
• 1 Fresh Start Loan per 12 month period.
• Maximum 3 Fresh Start Loans per member.
• Member must make contact with Balance for financial fitness advice and CU must have a confirmation from Balance prior to disbursal.
• Member must have a minimum of 3 months verified employment (excluding seasonal employment).
• Proof of Income required.
• Minimum/Maximum loan amount will be $500 with a term up to 12 months.
• Member should have never caused a loss of any kind to Money One.
• Must keep the loan for a minimum of 6 months, prior to paying it off, in order to re-qualify for another Fresh Start Loan.
• The loan will be offered as an unsecured personal loan and the interest rate will be the maximum rate that we offer at the time of the loan.
• Credit reports will not be pulled nor will credit history be the basis for approval.
• Loan must be set up for repayment by direct deposit or payroll deduction and will be issued when we receive the first direct deposit or payroll deduction.
• A required separate sub-savings will be opened with a $500 hold placed on the account.  A payroll deduction will be deposited for the amount equal to the loan payment each time a payment is made. The account funds will be made available once the loan is paid-off.
• There is a $30 fee for a Fresh Start Loan. (Collected @ time of application)
