ALL NEW VISA® PLATINUM CARDS ARE COMING SOON!
Providing the best in financial convenience is important to us. With this in mind, we are switching to a new card processor, which means you will be receiving a new Visa Platinum Card that offers added convenience and stronger security.
WHAT’S NEW:
Your new Visa Platinum Card will include a new card number, expiration date, and CVV (3-digit code on the back of the card). The new cards also come with a new look and added benefits:
- Pay with a tap with the all-new contactless feature
- Add your new card to Apple Pay®, Google PayTM, or Samsung Pay®
- Control how and where your card is being used from our CardWiz Banking app
DATES TO KNOW:
Your new Visa Platinum Card will be mailed approximately on JUNE 16TH, 2025. Please watch for it in your mailbox!
You will not be able to activate your new card until June 30th, 2025. At that time you will be able to use your new card. Please continue to use your current Visa Platinum or Classic Card until then.
IMPORTANT!
To ensure a smooth transition, please be sure that we have your current mailing address on file. Your new Visa Platinum card will not be forwarded, so it is important for you to complete an address change form if needed.
If you plan to be away from home or will not have access to your mail from the US Post Office during this timeframe, please make sure to let us know right away by contacting us at 301-925-4600. Contact us there if you need any more information as well.
