What is it?

Money One is dedicated to helping you reach your financial goals, whether you’re reducing debt, saving for education, buying a home, or planning for retirement.

What are your options?

To support your financial journey, we encourage members to take advantage of the free, credible financial education and counseling available to you, such as:

  • The Maryland CASH Academy
      • Offers free financial classes, coaching, planning, and resources to help Maryland residents budget, reduce debt, save, and plan for the future.
  • The Baltimore Financial Empowerment Center
      • Provides free one-on-one financial counseling, both in person and remotely, to help Baltimore residents manage money, build credit, reduce debt, and increase savings.

These organizations provide high-quality, unbiased financial education, designed to help you on your journey. They serve as free hubs both in-person and online for financial education, drawing on a network of nonprofits, financial institutions, educators, and financial professionals across the state.

  • Free or low-cost financial education classes on a wide range of topics
