Our system has been around for a very long time and in order to meet our strategic goals and bring you additional benefits, a data processing system conversion is necessary. Equally important, it gives us state-of-the-art security and privacy protection in a world that is becoming increasingly vulnerable.
Our staff has been preparing, training, testing and validating our upgraded system most of the year for this conversion. While most changes will take place behind the scenes, there will be some short-term service interruptions. We have worked diligently to make the transition as seamless as possible for you. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences and thank you for your patience during our conversion process.
Here are some major items you should know:
- Conversion Weekend: October 1st through October 2nd, 2016.
- Your account number remains the same.
- The most noticeable changes will occur in our electronic services, i.e. online banking, bill pay, and mobile banking.
We have put together the enclosed “Conversion To-Do-List, Frequently Asked Questions and Conversion Schedule”. These documents are designed to make you aware of the time frame some services will be unavailable, as well as certain activities you will need to complete.
